Online Flying on the VATSIM (Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network)
In order to fly on the VATSIM Network with our virtual airline you must have a valid VATSIM Pilot ID and register on the VATSIM web site. The link to the VATSIM web site can be found from the top menu under partners.
You must select a flight from the dispatch area and once you have selected to take a flight you will automatically be forwarded to the online flight tracker page. You must connect to the VATSIM Network using your correct Pilot ID,
flight callsign and submit your flight plan to and from the correct ICAO airports. Once you have connected it should take no longer then 2 minutes for the welcome and safety announcement to start playing. After that you can takeoff and
the online flight tracker will continuously update your position and track your flight.
Online Flying on the Virtual Skies Network
In order to connect to the Virtual Skies Network you must go to their web site at http://www.virtual-skies.com and sign up for a free account. Then everything is the same as connecting to the VATSIM Network except that you can only use
the FSInn Pilot Client to do so. After you have selected your flight it will take up the 30 seconds for the flight tracker to find your flight and play the announcement. Then you can start your flight.
Online Flying on the SimMiles Network
Connecting to the SimMiles Network is the same as connecting to Virtual Skies, however you do not need to register for an account. Once you have a pilot account with our virtual airline you must use that username and password to connect to the
SimMiles Flight Simulation Network. On this network you must select your flight first and only then connect to the network using that callsign. The SimMiles Network will only allow you to connect to it with a correct VA Pilot ID, password and the
correct callsign for the flight that you have selected, so it is necessary to take a flight before connecting.
